Blaine's 1st Trip

I think I'm missing him a lot more than he's missng me....we are on day THREE of Blaine's first week away at Nanny's House. My Mom started doing this with her grandkids and usually spends a full week of SPOILING FUN! Yesterday they went to the Fort Worth Stock show and he got to ride some of the carnival rides too. He had a blast.

Here's a picture of Blaine getting his hair cut before his BIG TRIP the day before he left. I cannot wait to hear all about his trip.

My most missed thing about him....his snuggles and kisses....he's such a little lover boy!

Brooke Cooks Dinner

Brooke has wanted to cook dinner ALL BY HERSELF for some time. Since she was two, she's always loved helping me in the kitchen and it's funny because she sticks her tongue out to the side when she stirs something. (I think our LuLu does this too).

Here's Brooke with cooking HOMEMADE PIZZA
You'll need:

1 box Jiffy Pizza Dough / Onion / Favorite Pizza Sauce / Cheese / Hamburger Meat (or your favorite topping)

Brooke wanted to "roll" out her own dough so we used Jiffy Pizza Mix. Make this according to directions and it says to pre-cook dough in oven for 2-3 minutes before adding your toppings!

Next, Brooke browned hamburger meat and added 1/2 onion with salt/pepper to taste.

When our Pizza Dough was pre-cooked, Blaine sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top. We added our tomato sauce, hamburger and tons of cheese. This only baked for 15 minutes at 375.

Brooke served her pizza with a side salad and made enough for our family of four that Jeff had 2 slices for lunch the next day!

Combined Birthday Fun

It's becomming a family tradition to meet at Buns Over Texas to enjoy Cheese Fries and Cheeseburgers for Family Birthday Gatherings. It's probably the best place for my 3 year old to run around and be his normal crazy self...ha! We celebrated Cambry and LuLu's Birthday last week and had a great time!!!

Blaine's 3rd Birthday

Blaine turned THREE on Dec. 23rd and we celebrated with a few friends and family at the Build A Bear! All the kids were able to pick out their favorite animal. Blaine picked a COW and named it Jack! The cookie cake was my favorite part besides seeing Blaine put stuffing in the machine to make his Cow. It was so much fun for the kids! Here's a few of my favorite pics from the day!
